These terms apply to the Android / Android TV app Calendar - Android TV (package com.notes.calendar.app.tv), provided by Flag Application Company (flagapplicationcompany@gmail.com).
By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
The app
The app lets you view and manage a local calendar and notes on your device. Optionally, you can connect Google Calendar to display your events on the TV. Google Calendar access is read-only: the app does not create, edit, or delete events in your Google account.
This app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. “Google Calendar” and related marks belong to Google.
Your content
Events and notes you create are stored on your device. You are responsible for that content. We do not host a copy on our servers.
Purchases
Optional Pro features (such as Google Calendar connection and higher local limits) are sold through Google Play. Payments, trials, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Google Play’s terms and policies.
Acceptable use
Use the app only as intended. Do not misuse Google sign-in, attempt to disrupt the service, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law or Google’s API terms.
Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is.” We do not promise that it will be error-free or always available. We are not responsible for missed events, data loss on your device, or issues caused by Google services or your network.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. The date at the top will change when we revise this page.
